usb3 driver tips Kinect v2 Renesas

well my asus mobo has asmedia usb3 and after a big fight i was able to get the kinect v2 to work with it
but i had to disable/enable the driver for each session

so i got a Renesas chipset based "super-speed" pcie card by SYBA model SD-PEX20160
then i tried the default boot-up drivers and it wasnt okay
then i tried the drivers of the CD that came in the box nogo
then i tried online drivers, nogo
then i deleted the drivers associated with it in the win10 Device manager tree

and this time it installed the driver : Renesas USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.0 (microsoft)

and it works including the color/video from the camera

note that i was only able to use the kinect with my mobo's usb3 after installing the driver
